With this tool members are able to view other members profiles and email or private message each other. This secure system is great for keeping the sensitive information that will be stores in your websites databases. It also provides an interesting way for the administrator to interact with members. Each member is assigned with a username and password that enables them to log into the site. They will be required to enter an access code that helps protect your members section from unwanted visitors. Access is limited and members can only log in after being assigned the respectable information by the security administrator. ‘Role’ base authorizations can also be used to let some members in to certain areas and to keep others out. Again, the administrator can selectively grant access to those users who hold the responsibility to maintain the information and to create distinctive reports based on the information. You can use easy to understand names for roles to help enforce the different position you will have in your community. |
